My device shows that there is an update available. I go through the process to download and install the update. Each time I get an error message telling me that the update cannot be downloaded and installed.
Notes of interest for the MiFi 7730 firmware update:

The firmware update may be on pause by Verizon until all of the recent bugs are ironed out. As long as your Jetpack is working I would safely ignore the most recent update.
It definitely is important to be able to update your Mifi radar320, we'll be glad to clarify this situation so that you can process your update. Is your device plugged in and charging when you try to update? What is the error message telling you when it fails? Is this the first update that is processed?
