I have new iohone 7 plus. My extender will not recognize it. Everyone else in house has no problems with the extender. Help!

Mmartin0902, let’s turn this around and get the phone connected. What specifically happens when you try to connect to it? Has it ever connected to the Extender since you first bought it?
