Keeping your content backed up at all times is essential these days. We wouldn't want you to lose any of your precious content, CONI116. Ann154 is correct that you would want to have automatic backups enabled through a cloud service. While Verizon Cloud will backup your contacts for free, you would need a subscription for other content such as photos and videos.
