I notice that when I connect to a WiFi network, my 4G goes away. If I disconnect, it comes back. But then the download booster won't work

How do other data services and apps work after disconnecting from Wi-Fi? What is the make and model of your phone? Are you having this issue with the built-in download booster on newer Samsung devices or is this happening with a third party download booster app that was installed?

Because you can't connect to cell data and WiFi at once?
because you're connecting to wi-fi not the mobile network
