Poor service zip 70438

We had great service until about a month ago, then the service at night especially, had gotten so slow I’m ready to cancel all 4 phone lines. We run 3 businesses from home and do a lot of work at night. The bad service makes this impossible. Zip code 70438

We never want you to have service issues, especially if your business depends on it. And we want to properly address your service issues. We do not show any alerts in your ares, but no worries we definitely want to investigate deeper. Are other services like calls or messages affected? Are all your lines affected? Does the service improve outside your home?

Thank you for the response. No the service does not get better outside of the home. 3 of us have also upgraded our phones too, 6 months ago. The service was even better once we upgraded to the

Iphone 8’s. The only thing that we know has changed here is the local Verizon store sold to another person. And the service slowed way down around that change. It may be coincidence. However we are in an area that is not serviced by any fiber optics line so we have no way to get internet service from a landline.

We heavily rely on hotspotting from the phone to run our 2 computers. Satellite internet, which we have tried before, didn’t even compare to how well the Verizon data hotspotting was. When we signed with Verizon, the service was far superior to the at&t service our friends had, both with phone calls and data. Now, I wouldn’t say that about the data and the amount we pay monthly for the data doesn’t add up when we can barely use the data part 5 hours of the 12 day. The daytime is slow but around 6 or 7 in the evening, it will take sometimes 20 minutes to load a page. I sincerely hope you can help resolve the issue.
