I chatted with Customer Service regarding my overages and the very friendly rep helped me with getting unlimited data. Unfortunately, the charge that was discussed turned out to be per line. This I was not made aware of. When I tried to chat again with customer service regarding this they would not send me the transcript and would not confirm that I agreed to a per line charge.
I then asked to escalate this. I was told it would be escalated but they could not provide a day or time for which I would be contacted. I'm pretty confident that I never will.
My question is, since I was deceived into accepting "per line" charges when it was portrayed as a single monthly charge. Who can I contact to discuss this issue and hopefully get the charges off my bill. How can I get a copy of the Chat Session Transcript where I discussed the switch to unlimited?
