when my phone is using data, apps will open up with no one even touching the screen. when it is using wifi the phone works great.

When there is no wifi available and my phone is using data, all the apps will open up one after another. I have no control over them. This happens when there is no one even touching the screen or even the phone.

When i am able to use wifi, i no issues with my phone.
