Connecting to streaming service has decreases in my area. It buffers when I play YouTube and PANDORA
What plan do you have? Does it have speed limitations? Does it have possible re-prioritization during peak times of towers you use?
If you can no longer do the things you require of your Verizon device, it may be time to start looking for a new provider.
