Why is the service getting worse in Bergen County?

Service getting worse around north bergen county NJ. Increase in dead zones around highways. Unclear calls and dropped calls, text messages not sending right away. I'm getting sick of this... I don't pay a hundred dollars a month so I can get terrible service.
