I just got a new XS and put my 7 SIM card in it. I am having issues with the phone repeatedly telling me to activate it, it then restarts and makes me go through part of the phone set up process a couple of times.
It is never good to hear you are having troubles activating your new phone, CAREAT94. You do have the option to move your SIM card to the new device, but it is usually recommended to use the SIM that came with the new device. Do you know if the SIM card was updated on the account? How and where was the phone purchased? Does there appear to be any damage to your older SIM card?
