International calling and Announcement 19

I am trying to place a call from the US to the UK, but with the two numbers I have tried (a business line and a mobile number), I get a message that there are "calling restrictions that have prevented the completion of your call - announcement 19." The owner tells me that they don't have any blocks in place.

I just enabled international calling on my line yesterday to make this call, and am calling from my home town.

SIMHUN19, we want you to be able to make international long distance calls as desired. I welcome the opportunity to address your inquiry. The message you're receiving would definitely indicate that a block is indeed in place on your line. Did you enable International Long Distance calling from the US or just International calling for when you're located outside of the US? You stated the owner advised they do not have any blocks in place. Are you not the owner of the VZW account? If not, are you an Account Manager?
