Have a Verizon Wireless DM charge of $75 and no can tell me what it is for

I checked my bank account today and there is a pending charge of $75 and no one from Verizon can or will tell me what the charge is for.  This is what my bank account shows (edited for security reasons):

VERIZON WRLS X56**-** DM

Location: ORANGEBURG, NY

Purchase Date: 1/30/19

Category: Utilities

I do not have auto-pay set up on my account and my bill is current.  Anyone else have this issue?
