Very Slow 4g Our Area

In our area with zip code 97442 Our 4g speeds have been dramatically reduced over the last couple weeks. Is there an issue with your tower in this area. Multiple people in our small town are complaining about this issue. We are barely getting speeds past 0.5 mbps

Any knowledge on this? It's not our phones it's got to be the tower.....

Elderdaniel, having issues with your data speeds is no fun at all. I am here to assist. I was able to research that area and I don't currently see any red flags. What plan are you currently on? How often are you experiencing issues with your speeds?

I have the unlimited plan and this has been now a bit over two weeks with my max speed of 0.75 mbps download. This is not only me but there are many complaints in our small community about this issue. Most of us have Verizon because it seems to be one of the few services in our area to work. Zip code 97442

My unlimited plan, as I understand it, could data throttle after 22 gig of usage. They say I could see reduced speeds after that because I won't have prioritized data. I'm currently at 9 gigs usage according to my account on the Verizon site. This issue is not isolated just to me. We have four phones in our family all experiencing the same issues and in our town of about 900 people, and most of them have Verizon, it seems that others are experiencing this problem as well. Its been happening the last two weeks at least.
