Is there an outage? We have not had cell signal in several days in our home. We have always had 4G LTE. Now nothing.
What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Do you have access to a landline phone or another carrier’s phone to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 and report the issue? Are you getting any signal at all like 3G or 1xRTT?

i have been in contact with CS through Twitter & they have confirmed there is an outage in my area. And I see that my neighbors have also reported the same issue. No signal at all. Phone says “No service”.
