I ordered a sim card a week ago and I got an email confirming the order. However, I have yet to receive the sim card and the order doesn't show up under My Orders. Also, clicking the Track Order button in the email brings me to a page that only shows the order number and location code, and there is no indication that the sim card has been shipped.
