Why am I getting "Data Connection not available" when trying to use USB connection to my PC? Has been working fine but can't get it to connect today. Thanks for help
My phone (S8) is giving the same error but my Asus tablet (which I'm using right now) is working. Following.
OK, mine's working now. Going thru Verizon's trouble shooting, instead of doing a soft reset. I turned the phone off not restart. Waited a minute. Unplugged the power a couple times then turned the phone back on. It works now. Not exactly sure what I did or didn't do.
