I am extremely frustrated that Verizon doesn't accommodate their long term , dedicated customers. All phone deals are for new line, or new customer. I have been a customer of verizon for over twenty years and this is starting to rub me raw. It is outrageous that current customers don't receive any deals. In the business world you would assume that your customers are like gold, you are successful because of them. Then you shouldn't mess with them over year after year and drive them away by catering to all outside potential customers.
