Service Not Cooperating

My service went from being really good in Louisburg, NC to extremely terrible. I am so sorry for the inconvenience, but I have online classes for college and I am not always able to complete them since my service is so terrible. Hope maybe something can be looked at. Thank you so much! I really am in need of good service at this current time period. The only reason I am "complaining" about it is because the service was really good and suddenly got bad. Hope something can be done if possible. Again, not trying to complain I'm sorry, but I don't want to get behind in school. Thank you!

mackwilder, I understanding needing to have good service to support your school work. We want you to have the best service possible. What's the zip code where this is occurring? Are you having a problem with voice, text, or data? Finally, is it happening indoors or outdoors?

It is happening both indoors and outdoors sadly. The zipcode is 27549 which

I have an iPhone 7 plus and the internet service is just much slower than

it was previously (as in like 4 months ago) in Louisburg NC. No problem,

but I am thankful for all the help I can get. Hopefully a tower didn't

close down or anything because I definitely need the service.
