Cell phone reception and data service is awful

Cell phone reception and data service is now awful at our home and surrounding area (14701) on all devices, including Mi-Fi. Service/data is great right across the state line in PA.  What has happened? Will this be fixed? We're long time Verizon customers but will have to switch carriers.

Have you heard of others with Verizon also experiencing this same problem in the area? Do these problems happen indoors or outdoors?
