Notification Badges are a great feature to let you know when you have a missed call or a voicemail. As a community member mentions, you'll want to have Visual Voicemail turned on for optimal use. Is your turned on?
In order to make sure Badges are enabled, you can visit Settings > Notifications > Phone, where you will want to make sure both "Allow Notifications" and "Badges" are in the green ON position. Are you able to verify these settings and let us know if you are getting your notifications?
