I've been a loyal and loving customer of verizon for over a decade. I always gave friends and coworkers on other networks a hard time because their service is terrible and preached verizon to be the all supreme.
Recently I've had the WORST time getting service, and I live in the 6th largest city in the US, Phoenix! I rely on my phone for work as I am around town all day every day, and more often than not, it has connection issues. It will say I have full bars, 4g LTE, all that jazz but ALL my apps have connection problems, calls constantly drop or never connect. This is getting ridiculous! Verizon is insanely expensive when you compare other providers and their CS never seems to care about you.
I recently just got a new phone and still owe like $800 on it, I've been out of contract for a while now.
My question, because of Verizon's inability to give me a strong connection in my own city and i cannot work on my phone with this garbage, is there a way out of it without having to pay the full phone price off?? I would be totally fine with just giving it back, calling the $70 sum I've paid for the phone so far, a loss, and switching carriers???
