Are there plans to improve service to Northeast Minnesota?

Currently there is no or very weak signal strength north and east of Duluth, MN.  AT & T has decent signal strength and we are now living in the area and will eventually have too switch if we can't get a reliable signal.  The Verizon signal strength map clearly shows this area as a problem.  Just curious if there are plans to cover it.

The last thing we want is for you to have to switch to a new provider, TIMRIS6. We are interested in getting more details to make sure we look into your signal strength.
