Over a decade with Verizon and the two places where I spend the most time, I have no cell service. My home and my office. I'm lucky if I get one bar. Calls are garbled and dropping. Why have a cell phone? Sitting in my living room it says "No Service" at the top or it says 1X. Verizon is going through changes, but they are not alerting their subscribers.
