Phone won’t ring.

My daug has an iPhone 7plus that she got for Christmas this past December.  If she has the screen turned off, it doesn’t ring.  It goes strait to voicemail.  And it shows as a missed call. However if she has the screem on for any reason the call goes through fine.  This has happened intermittently since she got it, but now it happens all the time.  Is there a way to fix this?

I know how important it is for your daughter to receive her calls! I'm sorry that she's had trouble for so long. Does anyone else have issues with receiving calls in your area? Let's give this a try. Please follow the steps here, to check if Do Not Disturb is enabled on her phone. Keep us posted, so we can ensure that this is resolved!
