Both LTE and 3G are saturated in many areas of metro Portland, such as Tualatin (97062), Wilsonville (97070), and Tigard (97224). These are heavily populated areas that are growing very fast. In many areas I get 700ms+ ping and less than 1mbps download when checking speedtest. This is confirmed on 2 different iPhones (one is an iPhone X). I went into an independent Verizon store in Wilsonville, and they confirrmed that the area is serviced so badly that they use an extender in their store, otherwise their demo phones would have zero service. They also had no clue when Verizon would be upgrading towers in the area but hopefully soon. This was over a year ago and it's only gotten worse. When will Verizon start taking Oregon customers seriously? I am about to switch to AT&T which I hear is much better here
