Can anything be done to boost the service at Rhodes College? I have a student there and the service is terrible. Basically impossible to have a phone conversation without getting on the wift and using FaceTime.
I have a son that just went off to college as well so I know how you need to be able to stay connected. Let's get to the bottom of this. Is this only affecting voice calls? Are the concerns happening primarily indoors? May I have the zip code to investigate the area further?
