My Ipad Air 2 will not charge using any of my phone cords. my phone charges with the same cords
Possibly a bad charging port.
Being able to charge your device is a must, Gerri1313. Help is on the scene and we want to learn more. Does the device make any indication that it is making a good connection with the charger? Is there any damage to the charging port or device? When did this issue begin or when did you first notice?
