did not get ringtone download from verizon tones

I have a Samsung S6 and downloaded the Verizon Tones app so I could purchase a ringtone (not ringback).  I agreed to the cost and said that I would like this ringtone to be the default ringtone.  The ringtone did not become the default so I went into Purchases & Download where I can see a bar that says Pending Downloads and below it, Recent Purchases/Download History.  My purchased ringtone shows up but there is no download button so that I can download it again.  I've tapped on both the Pending Download bar as well as the Recent Purchases/Download History and nothing happens.  I did go into my Settings/Sounds and vibration/Ringtone just to see if the new tone might be listed but it's not.  I am getting pretty frustrated, can anyone help?

Oh, dear! We want to make sure you get what you paid for, JOELHY3. Just to ensure we are on the same page, you purchased the ringtone, and it initially showed as downloaded, and allowed you to attempt to set it as your default? Is it now showing up under either your pending downloads, or your purchased?
