I'm so frustrated with this "umlimited" internet plan. Verizon is not meeting my needs when it comes to data. And still no fios in my area. This is 2018 and I've been a customer for probably nearing 10 years now and I get throttled every month. It literally took me almost 10 minutes to navigate to this page.

Anyone have any recommendations?

This forum doesn't cover FiOS/landline issues, but, allow me to offer some thoughts concerning the absence of the service in your area.

Verizon Core (Ma Bell) is looking to get away from wireline delivery of services to homes & businesses in favor of a model similar to what Verizon Wireless uses to deliver services to smartphones. Chances are, if Verizon has not begun the legal process of getting permission to install FiOS fiber & offer the service in your town/city, it won't be happening.

Concerning the wireless data, which Unlimited plan was selected?

Mobile is not meant to be a replacement for home internet. And if you don't live in an area with a wired internet option FiOS was never going to be anywhere near you anyway. Verizon stopped it's FiOS build outs years ago. Except for those few areas where they had already had contracts. No additional areas will get FiOS. If you do have wired internet options you should be using that. If not then get satellite.

No carrier can offer the kind of unlimited you're thinking of. The networks can not handle that. That's just the reality
