My voicemail has just stopped working (iPhone 6S)

I’m hoping someone can help me.  My cell phone will just ring and ring.  It is not forwarded (*73) and I deleted all voicemails I had.  I also shut it off for about a hour for a ”little wake up session”.  When I call my cell from my home phone, my cell rings and rings, it will stop ringing on my iPhone but I still hear ringing on my home phone then my iPhone will start ringing again and it just repeats this process.

Any help is very much appreciated!!

Dhirnak, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your voicemail! Let's work on getting that up and running again. Please go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings. Once that is complete, please try to access your voicemail again and let us know if you still encounter the same issue.
