I want to file a complaint against the store manager of Lafayette, LA store

Where do I file a complaint against a store manager. Rude, unhelpful, disengaged. Had a new Google Pixel !! (just replaced. Had the same issue and was told to call Google....really! I was then told all they did at this store is sell stuff. This is why salespeople get such a bad reputation. Is there a regional office?

That is a legit corporate Verizon store and not retailer
