Order cancelled without reason

I made the order for 2 iPhone X on Black Friday. Today I got email cancelling my order, saying "If you did not request to cancel this order, please call us at (888) 483-7200." But the number couldn't get through at all.

Does anyone know what I should do now? This is really awful and a waste of time.
