I can certainly understand the importance of making sure your device is insured. Unexpected things happen and having insurance can definitely come in handy. You can determine if you have insurance by taking a look at a recent bill or by logging onto your My Verizon account and Go to My devices and click on device overview. You'll then choose the device and when you scroll down all the device information will show. Underneath plan, you will see device protection details.
