I have a problem with voice quality (very low ) in making and receiving calls- a phone tech checked out my iphone 8 plus and sais the diagnostics are ok meaning there is no problem with the phone - he said it must be a network issue- does anyone have an idea as to how to resolve this problem - I have switched iphone 8lus phones with Verizon in just this past week and I still have the same problem- Verizon even admits the problem exists and says I should go to apple store
