Back Up Assistant Won't Recognize My Pin

I switched back to my old phone and I'm trying to sync my contacts back. Backup assistant won't recognize my pin, even though I'm entering in the same PIN the VZ website is telling me to. I can't change my pin b/c VZ doesn't recognize my old pin. HELP!

Did you just recently change devices?

Is the old device off? If not turn it off, then restart your phone

Try to delete BA and run it again

On the re-enter pin screen scroll down to forgot pin highlight hit enter. Then scroll up to see your pin Number. easypeazy

The same thing happened to me the other day. I had to call Verizon, and they had to give me my pin, which had like an additional 3 digits than what I saw on the website.....Tried the # verizon gave me and it worked fine!
