UMW190 and Scottrade

I use a UMW190 for my broadband access.  From there I use aol or explorer to run my Scottrade account.  Scottrade has introduced a new "streaming quote" program and I can not get it to run on the UMW190.  The program will run when I am on a wifi location or comcast.  Just not on the verizon system.  Has anyone licked this situation?  I would appreciate any help.

Do you get an error message when you attempt to run the program on your 3G connection? 

 

Does the program require a certain amount of bandwidth to be available to run?  It may simply be too resource intensive for the quality of 3G signal, depending on how much data is being streamed, even the best 3G signal may not be able to support it.  If you can find the bandwidth requirements for the program, compare those to the speeds you see on your 3G connection with Speedtest.
