Is there a way to restore pictures that have been deleted?

Help! I accidentally deleted my pictures and videos. My entire gallery is empty! I hadn't backed up in Cloud. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the Google Photos application to see if the images are in the trash or if the images were backed up to the Google cloud instead of the Verizon Cloud?
