Galaxy Book 12 Intermittent LTE Accesses

I’ve used the Galaxy Book 12 for about a year with no problems. Recently, LTE access has been intermittent. When not working and I try to connect, I get an error message “Enter an APN and Try again”. I can restart the computer and it may or may not work fine for a while before connection is lost again. Ideas?

Are you using this device through your WiFi connection or on our network?
