My hotspot device indicates there are four mesaages for me and i should check at my.jetpack, but i found nothing online that allows me to do this. How do i retrieve the messages?
Open your browser on your phone, tablet or computer and type in 192.168.1.1 enter your admin password and you can access your messages from there.
