Texting issues in Atlanta area, unable to send text messages. Keep receiving "not delivered" message.
Same for Indianapolis....I''m at work and live chat won't connect to figure out what's wrong. So frustrating.
Also in Atlanta, If you attach a picture they go throught. Weird

Same in New York City - if a friend hadn't messaged me on FB Messengar I wouldn't have realized it as I was at work.
