My family is having issues with calls dropping today...Who should I contact

I definitely understand the significant role our devices play in day-to-day life, and it would be difficult to be happy with anything that's not working, especially dropped calls. Let's turn this around. With this happening on all of the lines in your family, may I have the nearest cross streets along with your city and state? Is this happening outdoors too?
How is data working there when off Wi-Fi?
