Delayed text messages?

I'm having the exact same issue started out this morning not being able to send receive texts then shortly after 10:00 a.m. when they said that issue was resolved my wife my son and myself all received that message when trying to place an outbound call text works great but obviously the fix for that broke the more important portion of our service.

Keeping you connected with calls is very important, so we are here to work toward a resolution on the problems with making calls. How are other services currently working? Are you able to receive calls? How far do you have to travel from your current location for the phone to work?
