Device sharing (printer, hard drive) with MiFi 2200?

Is it possible to setup network shares using the MiFi 2200 using Windows XP Pro SP3?  I've shared devices through a wired network before, but cannot seem to get it to work through the MiFi device.

 

The following thread makes me think I need a dedicated router for this to work -

Unfortunately this function is not available on this device. It is strictly for internet access rather than sharing network settings like on a printer. You will need a different type of network sharing system for this option. Hope this helps.
