My session times out before it's done. I log back on and it says "it;s still working on the last request". Woke today, tried again, same thing. I just switched phones, they are the same model, a Krave.
I have provided some information below that may help.
Step 1 – Complete a soft reset
-Power the device off
-Pull the battery on the device
-Place the battery back in
-Power the device back on
Step 2 – Program the device
-Dial *228 and press send
-Press option 1 once the automated system requests
-Wait 45 seconds for the programming to complete.
Step 3 – Ensure the correct information is showing on the My Account website. Instructions below:
-Visit www.verizonwireless.com and login using your username and password. The contacts can be found under the Messaging tab and contacts.
Step 4 – Try removing the Backup Assist program on the device and complete another soft reset.

I'm having this same problem. I was going to switch back to my own phone. I had switched the number back but then I remembered I didnt backup my numbers from the previous phone. So I switched the number back to the original phone which still had my contacts saved. I then backed up those contacts, but everytime I press "Sync With Phone" in the Backup Assistant page, it always responds with the message "One Moment Please...We are still processing your sync request"
Usually syncing doesn't take this long. I did a soft reset of the phone and the info the backupassistant page is correct.
What's going on?
Thanks
Similar problem here.
After importing my contacts (with good help from SuzyQ on this forum) into Backup Assistant, I click Sync to Phone from the BA web page, hoping everything would sync with the phone. The only thing I see is a red progress bar saying 'Syncing' that stays there forever. The phone itself doesn't receive the contacts.
