I just bought a phone for a two years contact with my family's plan, buy my family want to cancel their planĀ this year.
If they cancel their family plan, will my plan been cancelled too?
If the owner of the account closes the account, your line will be cancelled and you will lose your phone number. The owner of the account will also be billed $350 for early termination fee for not fulfilling your recent purchase under contract.
If you want to keep your number, your phone, and continue paying your contractual obligation, you will need to work with the owner of the account to do an assumption of liability transfer to you.
