Hello - I just received my iPad Pro yesterday. After i opened it from the box and activiate it, and finally put the screen protector... to my surprise I noticed a big dent on the side of the iPad..

I tried searching over the internet and see if somone expereinced the same thing... alas....someone did get the same incident....happened around 3 mos ago...

I already called Verizon specialist and created a ticket. They told me it will take 2-3 days to get resolved.. So frustrating.. I never had an issue with my 2 iphone x, iphone xs max, and apple watch 3 and 4 orders previously...
