Extremely poor data coverage

ive been having poor data coverage for over a year now. What is going on? The representative at the store said it's due to the upgrade to 5g. I understand a week maybe 2 of inconvenience but this has gone on for too long. I reside in Snohomish County Washington.

Hey Lynneta74! It's hard to say but I know that sometimes the phone confuses itself and will automatically connect to a tower that may not be the best one to use. If you have an Android try going into the Playstore and downloading this app:
