I have tried for 3 days now to get my Verizon mobile app to open on my LG, I have cleard everything and it is the only app that I am having issues with.
Being able to access your Verizon Wireless account while on the go is essential, jrm0417. Thanks for providing me with the steps that you've taken to try to fix the issue. Are you getting any errors when you try to open My Verizon? Are you able to log into your My Verizon through a web browser? Please keep me posted.

When I click on my icon on my phone, it will come up and say "Verizon" and then just spins, no error messages are seen. I am able to log into Verizon using the browers but I cannot get into the app so that I can claim my reward from Verizon up, or look at my information, etc. This is a screen shot of what the app does

What is the zip code of your current location when this is happening? Lastly, when was the last time you were able to gain access to your My Verizon mobile application?

When my Wifi is turned off, the same thing happens. I have also turned the phone completly off and back on. My zip is 37922. The last time I logged in using the app had to have been one day last week, do not remember when but I have been trying to get the app to work since Sunday of this week.
