Poor reception in Sioux City, IA

I receive very poor reception (one intermittent bar) outdoors, in the city of Clarkson, NE (all around the city), and in Sioux City, IA, in the area of Stone Park Blvd and Pierce Street, the most populous part of the city. Also, all of our phones also have very poor reception at North High School in Sioux City. Is there a setting in our phones that we can change to improve reception?

You have mentioned experiencing signal issues in a few different locations. Are you indoors at these different locations when you notice the change in your device signal? When did this problem with your signal begin, and what model phone are you using? Please let me know the answers to these questions so that I can further assist.
