Wheres the recall

Iphone 6plus is/has been seriously defective for 3 months. The phone is 8 months old. ZERO DAMAGE.

Turns off mid call. Wont text. Shuts down. ETC. All this whenever for no reason. Guy at Verizon store says millions are doing this. Reset phone at Verizon stor, still does it. Where`s the recall.

It’s a 4.5 year old model. See Apple for a warranty replacement. (And no, it wasn’t a defective model and there was no need to recall it).

ksh62, I can definitely understand where your concern is coming from. A brand new phone should act brand new for a very long time! It should remain in great shape for many years to come. However, recalls would come specifically from the manufacturer of the device. In this case, this would be referring to Apple. Have you tried contacting Apple for this issue? When being with us, we can provide a warranty replacement for no cost within the year of the device being purchased. Of course, there would need to be no damage.
